Where we deliver
We ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Remote postcodes (Highlands/Islands) may take longer. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, BFPO or PO Boxes.
Processing time
Orders are quality-checked before dispatch. Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Methods & estimated timelines
We ship from international hubs (including Asia) and UK partners. Exact timelines are shown at checkout by postcode and SKU.

Standard (free): 5–10 business days after dispatch

Highlands/Islands/Remote: 7–12 business days

Free Standard Shipping across the UK unless stated otherwise at checkout.

VAT & import

If a parcel ships from outside the UK:

Orders ≤ £135: VAT is collected at checkout (nothing due on delivery).

Orders > £135: import charges may be collected by the carrier on delivery; where applicable we display estimates at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent via email/SMS upon dispatch. Some carriers take 2–5 business days to show the first scan.
Split shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately for logistical reasons. No extra postage is charged.
Address corrections
If you made a mistake, contact support@irisbrighton.uk within 12 hours of ordering. After dispatch, changes may not be possible. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address may incur a fee.
“Delivered” but not received
If tracking shows delivered and you can’t find the parcel:

check with neighbours/building management and collection points;

allow 24 hours (some scans pre-update);

contact support@irisbrighton.uk.
Loss/theft after a “delivered” scan will be investigated with the carrier.
Late or missing
Not received within 60 business days of dispatch? We’ll reship or refund after carrier verification. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or faulty items
Email support@irisbrighton.uk within 7 days of receipt with your order number + photos/video. We’ll replace at no cost or refund — your choice.
